Wang-Zheng is an investment holding company, our subsidiaries are principally involved in the manufacturing and
trading (fibre-based products) of everyday essentials like diapers, tissues, cotton products, and processed papers.
Incorporated on 14th December 1987, Wang-Zheng Corporation Sdn Bhd began operation as a small trading company
involved in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (“FMCG”). Today, with a clear strategic direction, prudent management
and excellent customer relationship, it has grown significantly.

Our History
Established on December 14, 1987, Wang-Zheng Corporation began as a small trading company specialising
in fast-moving consumer goods. Over the years, the company has expanded significantly, driven by a clear
strategic vision, strong management practices, and lasting customer relationships.
Established in 1993. It was one of the pioneers in cotton manufacturing in Malaysia. Since then, it has grown by leaps and bounds to become the leading OEM Suppliers and Cotton manufacturer in Malaysia.
Established on 1994, New Top Win has grown from a small paper trading company into one of
Malaysia’s leading importers, converters, and distributors of processed paper. The company sources its paper
in jumbo rolls or large sheets and customises them to meet customer specifications.
Established in 2000, Quality Hero specializes in the manufacturing of baby diapers, adult diapers, sanitary napkins, and panty liners. The company has established strong trade relationships, exporting to markets in Singapore,
Thailand, Brunei, Hong Kong, Vietnam, India, Mauritius, Australia and beyond.
Established on 2002, Modern Alpine has become a premier stockist, mill representative, and paper converter. The company offers an extensive selection of globally recognized paper brands, sourced from leading paper mills worldwide.
Wang-Zheng Berhad become investment holding company, operates through three segments; processed papers products, disposable fiber-based products, and investment holding, and others.
In 2017, Wang-Zheng Berhad become a member of HENGAN Group, China's Largest Hygiene Company.
What We Do
Disposable Fiber – based Products
Wang-Zheng Berhad manufactures a wide range of disposable fiber-based products. Its products include disposable baby diapers, sanitary napkin protection and tissue products and cotton products. In response to the different needs and preferences of its target customers, different features are emphasized and various packaging sizes are available.
Processed Papers
The processed papers processed and distributed by Wang-Zheng Berhad include wood-free paper and art paper,. Its products are principally sold to local publishing and printing companies.
Miscellaneous Items
Wang-Zheng Berhad, via Wang-Zheng Corporation, also sells various other brands of consumer and household items. There consumer items include hair shampoo, shower cream, baby oil and hair gel.
Technology
Wang-Zheng Berhad places strong emphasis on the need to keep itself abreast with contemporary technologies in order to stay efficient and competitive. The Directors and senior management of Wang-Zheng Berhad attend local and international trade fairs and seminars relevant to the disposable fibre-based products and processed papers industries to keep themselves abreast with amongst others, the modernization of technology.
Wang-Zheng Berhad utilizes Italian technology for the manufacture of disposable baby diapers, and technologies from Japan and Thailand for the manufacturing of sanitary protection and tissue products. Taiwanese technologies are used for the paper processing activities of New Top Win.
