Supply Chain Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the supply chain team in planning, monitoring, and coordinating the movement of materials and finished goods.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders, delivery schedules, and related shipping or customs documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Track shipment status and follow up on any delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and delivery notes.
- Prepare reports and update the system with incoming and outgoing goods.
- Support cost control initiatives and assist in identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement, logistics, and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
