Hui Ching Chi

Mr. Hui Ching Chi (“Mr. Tommy Hui”) was appointed to the Board as Executive Director on 25 September 2017. Subsequently, he was promoted and appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Group on 1 July 2022. Mr. Tommy Hui is the Executive Director of Hengan International. Currently, he is responsible for the overall strategy relating to Hengan Group’s planning and purchasing of raw materials and logistics management and international business. Mr. Tommy Hui holds a Law Degree from the London University. Mr. Tommy Hui was the Director of Supply Chain Management of Hengan Group from 2008 to 2017. He worked in a major international bank in London prior to joining Hengan Group in February 2008.

Mr. Tommy Hui does not hold directorships in any other public companies and listed issuer in Malaysia. He is a director and indirect substantial shareholder of Hengan (Malaysia) Investments Company Limited, a major shareholder of the Company. Mr. Tommy Hui is the son of the late Mr. Hui Lin Chit. Apart from that, he has no family relationship with any other Director and/or major shareholders of the Company and does not have any conflict of interest or potential conflict of interest, including interest in any competing business with the Company or its subsidiaries except as disclosed in Note 34 of the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 and Circular to Shareholders dated 29 April 2025.

Mr. Tommy Hui has not been convicted of any offences, other than traffic offences (if applicable) within the past five years nor has been imposed of any public sanction or penalties by any relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year ended 31 December 2024.

Mr. Tommy Hui attended all six (6) Board Meetings held during the financial year ended 31 December 2024.
